肺癌干细胞研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肿瘤干细胞(CSCs)理论认为肿瘤的分化形式与正常细胞相似,致肿瘤性的类干细胞亚群能够产生更多分化的非致肿瘤的肿瘤细胞。CSCs具有化学药物抵抗性(抗药性),这个特点与肿瘤的复发和转移有密切关系。因此,研究CSCs有助于我们更好理解肿瘤的生物学特点,从而可以找出更为有效的抗肿瘤治疗新方法。现就肺CSCs在肺癌的诊断、治疗和预后方面的意义综述如下。
