摘要
高速公路服务区路面频繁受到车辆施加的水平力的作用,超薄水泥混凝土(UTW)路面抗水平力破坏性能强,但将UTW用于服务区新建路面需要有针对性地进行路面设计。在分析服务区交通特性和UTW受力特性的基础上修正了轴载等效换算公式;引入超细粉煤灰(UFA)等量取代部分水泥,设计出的UTW板水泥混凝土满足结构要求;通过直接剪切试验和拉拔试验对比了不同层间结合措施的效果,优选出先洒改性沥青再压入碎石的层间结合措施,将其用于UTW与其下沥青混凝土层之间,并通过试验确定了碎石的最佳粒径和用量。试验路的成功实施证明UTW是能够用于服务区新建路面的。
The pavement of expressway service area is subjected to horizontal force from vehicles frequently.Moreover Ultra-thin whitetopping(UTW) can resist the horizontal force.However,special design must be made for UTW pavement in expressway service area.The traffic characteristics of expressway service area and mechanical performance of UTW pavement were analysed.Based on these,axle load equivalent conversion formula was amended.Ultra-fine fly-ash(UFA) was used to replace the same amount of cement of UTW cement concrete.The strength test result shows that UFA concrete's strength rarely decreased.Direct shear tests and pull-out tests were carried out to anlyse the effects of different interfacial combining methods.Based on testing results,the interfacial combining method that spraying modified bitumen firstly and then paving gravel was recommended to combine UTW concrete layer with asphalt concrete layer.The optimum dimension and dosage of gravel were also determined based on these results.The successful implementation of UTW experimental road in expressway service area shows that the new UTW pavement design method is feasible.
