加工工艺对30%氰氟虫腙·三唑磷悬乳剂稳定性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]研究不同加工工艺对30%氰氟虫腙.三唑磷悬乳剂的物理稳定性影响。[方法]采用3种工艺制备悬乳剂。工艺A:各组分混合后经高速剪切、砂磨后制成悬乳剂;工艺B:先分别配制氰氟虫腙悬浮剂、三唑磷水乳剂,然后在高速剪切的条件下将前者加入到后者中制得悬乳剂;工艺C:先配制氰氟虫腙悬浮剂,在高速剪切条件下将三唑磷原药与乳化剂的混合物加入到悬浮剂中,剪切均匀后即得悬乳剂。通过测定悬乳剂的粒径、析水率、悬浮率及采用Turbiscan Lab扫描,分析加工工艺对悬乳剂稳定性的影响。[结果]采用工艺A、B、C均可以制备粒径小的悬乳剂;在贮存期间,工艺A制备的悬乳剂粒径增幅最大,工艺C制备的悬乳剂粒径增幅最小;3种工艺制备的悬乳剂其析水率、悬浮率均表现出显著性差异,其中工艺C制备的悬乳剂悬浮率最高、析水率最低,物理稳定性好。Turbiscan Lab稳定性分析仪分析结果也显示工艺C物理稳定性最好。[结论]采用工艺C配制的悬乳剂物理稳定性最佳;加工工艺是影响悬乳剂物理稳定性的重要因素。 The influence of three processing technologies on the physical stability of metaflumizone·triazophos 30% SE was investigated.[Methods] Three processing technologies were introduced,processing technology A: suspoemulsion was prepared by shearing and milling all the components.Processing technology B: metaflumizone SC and triazophos EW were prepared in advance,and then were mixed in the condition of shearing.Processing technology C: the mixture of triazophos and emulsifier was added to the prepared metaflumizone SC in the condition of shearing.In order to study the physical stability of suspoemulsion prepared by process A,B,C,particle diameter,demixing and suspensibility were measured accompanied with Turbiscan Lab.[Results] The results showed that suspoemulsion with small particle size could be prepared by the three processes and the particle diameter of suspoemulsion prepared by process A provided the greatest growth while the particle diameter of suspoemulsion prepared by process C provided the smallest growth during the storage time.Demixing and suspensibility of suspoemulsion prepared by three different processes showed significant difference.Suspoemulsion prepared by process C showed the highest suspensibility,the lowest demixing and good physical stability.So did the result of the Turbiscan Lab scanning.[Conclusions] Suspoemulsion prepared by process C showed the best physical stability and the process was an important factor influencing the physical stability of suspoemulsion.
