摘要
某"煤矸石综合利用"项目,一期300MW超临界机组年耗矸石、中煤及劣质煤94×104t/a,由邻近电厂的黄兰煤矿及柳树选煤厂供应。根据煤源至电厂的外部交通条件及对外运输方式对汽车运输和带式输送机运输方案进行比较论证,达到在基建初期,降低工程造价,在生产运营期,节约运行成本,符合周期内综合效益最大化电厂的要求,并简化运输管理。
Hunan a "Gangue comprehensive utilization" project, 300 mw supercritical unit engineering phase gangue, coal power plant in consumption and poor-quality coal 94 × 104t/a nearby plant, by Huanglan coal and willow coal supplies. The scheme is based on the external power fountainhead to traffic conditions, and compares the foreign mode of transportation, achieve in the basic construction demonstration and cut down engineering cost,in production operation period, save operating costs, accord with cycles of comprehensive benefits maximization demands and simplify the power plant in the transportation management. At the same time of cement construction industry have a certain reference value.
