摘要
运用附加梯度磁场的TGA 装置研究近年来广泛感兴趣的非晶软磁Fe-Zr-B材料的晶化动力学过程.结果表明,虽然淬态非晶材料的X-射线衍射图谱中观察不到铁磁性的α-Fe 的痕迹,但材料的晶化过程显示为典型的扩散控制的晶核成长过程.
TGA method with gradient magnetic field was applied to investigate the crystallization kinetic process of widely interested soft magnetic Fe Zr B material. The results showed that the crystallization is a typical diffusion controlled grain growth from very small size, although the X ray diffraction pattern of the as quenched amorphous material does not show trace of ferromagnetic α Fe nuclei .
