摘要
阐述了传统的中板轧机辊缝设计理论,分析了实际生产过程中工作辊与支撑辊的辊型和辊缝的变化,提出了调整上下工作辊辊型的思路,通过进行合理的辊型、辊系设计和配置,提高了中板产品成材率,给企业创造出可观的经济效益。
The author explains the traditional roll gap design theory for medium plate mill, analyzes the changes of roll shape and roll gap in production and puts forward an improving thinking of adjusting the roll shapes of the top and bottom working rolls. Through the reasonable designing and configuring of roll shape and roll system, the yield of medium plate product is increased and remarkable economic benefits are made for the plant.
