摘要
通过3 因素2 次回归正交试验确定了甘薯渣水解生产结晶葡萄糖的最佳水解工艺条件, 即温度125℃、加酸量4% ~5% 、时间40min,在此条件下,还原糖产率达59-18% ,糖液DE值达91~93,同时,确定了利用制糖残渣提取甘薯纤维的最佳工艺,并测定了甘薯纤维的理化特性。
Sweetpotato residue is rich in dietary fiber and starch.By mean of three factors quadratic regression orthogonal test design ,the optimum technological conditions for production of crystalline dextrose by hydtolysis of sweetpotato residue was determined.It is as follows:temperature 125℃,addition of acid 4%~5%,time 40min.The productivity of reducing sugar is 59.18%and DE value of sugar solution is 91~93 under the conditions.The optimum technology for isolation of sweetpotato fiber from dregs of refine sugar was fixed and physicochemical properties of sweetpotato fiber were determined.
