摘要
本文针对复合材料层压结构的特点提出层压结构系统可靠性分析的变刚度全量载荷法。根据元件利用率的大小找出临界元件,然后采用分类组合临界元件的方法枚举结构系统的破坏模式,从而得到结构系统的破坏树。由各单一破坏模式的破坏概率和计及两个破坏模式间相关系数的二阶共概率求得结构系统的可靠度。利用破坏模式删除和合并的原则使结构系统破坏概率的计算大为简化。通过算例表明本文提出的确认复合材料结构系统主要破坏模式的方法是有效的,尤其对大型复杂结构更显出它的优点。
Since the end of Seventies, Ang [1] and Moses [3] have established aprelimanary theoretical analysis of the reliability of structural systern made ofordinary materials and applied it to engineering design. Recently, Feng, start-ing from Moses's method, extends it to aircraft structural system [4]. Veryrecently, Yang presented Full Quantity Loading Method to calculate the relia-bility of composite laminate [5]. This paper's contributions are as follows: 1. It presents a method which is called by the authors as Full QuantityLoading Method with Stiffness Variation. This method can be used for thereliability analysis of a composite laminated structural system. This system iscomposed of composite laminates or the mixture of composite laminate andmetallic members. 2. It suggests a method of enumerating and identifying significant failuremodes of composite laminated structural system. In this method, by consider-ing utilization ratios of members, critical members can be found out. The criti-cal members are arranged in groups as explained in the full paper. Such anarrangement is necessary for enumerating and identifying significant failuremodes. 3. It presents some principles of deleting and merging failure modes tosimplify computation of failure probability. A multi-wall structure made of composite laminate skin and metallic ske-leton is taken as numerical example. It shows that the method is feasible.
