摘要
采用正规化处理技术而使量纲统一的方法,推导了一种计算复合材料层合板应力效应的方法,利用这种方法直接建立了外载荷和各单层板应力之间的关系,减免了中间繁琐的计算过程而各单层板的应力是通过摄动随机有限元( S F E M) 得到的, S F E M 能够比较精确地反映载荷的不确定性和材料特性的不均匀性对结构的影响,而这种影响是通过单元应力的均值及其协方差来反映的之后,再把这些应力效应应用到结构可靠性的分析计算中,以结构的可靠性指标( 或失效概率) 来最终表示这些不定量对结构的影响文中还通过不同的失效准则对所计算的结构进行了分析,以比较其不同之处和对结构计算结果的影响最后。
Through using regular technology to make the dimension uniform, a method is turned out to calculate the stress result of the laminated plates. With this method, the relation between the load and the stresses of the each lay can be directly given, instead of more trivial detail procedure, with which the relation can also be turned out. These stresses can be calculated out by means of the Perturbation Stochastic Finite Element Method(SFEM). Namely, the SFEM gives out influence from the uncertainty of the load and material, the influence can be shown in the elemental stress means and covariances, which are used to calculate the structural reliability index (or failure probability). Secondly, the four kinds of failure criterions are used to analyze the system reliability of the laminated structure, and the results of the example are also calculated respectively. Finally, the simple bounds of the system failure probability are given through the series model.
