摘要
超声引导臂丛神经阻滞用于上肢手术的麻醉与术后镇痛较神经刺激器辅助和传统盲探方法下的阻滞效果更好，起效时间更短，在临床上具有推广应用价值。本文就超声引导臂丛神经阻滞技术的临床应用进展和评价予以综述。
Brachial plexus block guided by ultrasound for upper extremity operations and post-operative pain relief is significantly better than that by assisted stimulator and blind puncture in terms of onset time and success rate of the block. This article reviewed the recent development of ultrasonic image of the brachial plexus and its clinical application and evaluation.
