三七及其应用时间对急性脑出血大鼠脑水肿、脑血肿体积和脑组织Blc-2表达的影响 被引量:7

Influence and applied time of pseudo-ginseng on cerebral edema,hematoma volume and Bcl-2 expression in cerebral tissue in rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的探讨三七及其应用时间对急性脑出血大鼠脑水肿、血肿体积和脑组织Blc-2表达的影响。方法应用自体血注射建立脑出血大鼠模型并随机分为脑出血后即刻给药组、第1 d给药组、第2 d给药组、第3 d给药组、第5 d给药组、第7 d给药组及对照组;在相应时间给予各组大鼠三七颗粒溶液灌胃,每日2次;制模后第8 d观察各组大鼠脑组织含水量、血肿体积及血肿周围脑组织Bcl-2的表达。结果除即刻给药组外,各给药组大鼠脑组织含水量、血肿体积明显小于对照组(均P<0.01);第3 d给药组明显小于其他给药组(均P<0.01)。与对照组相比,各给药组大鼠脑组织Bcl-2表达明显增高(均P<0.01),第3 d给药组明显高于其他给药组(均P<0.01)。结论急性脑出血后第3 d给予三七干预对减轻脑水肿、减少血肿体积效果最好。提高脑组织Bcl-2蛋白表达可能是三七减轻脑出血后脑损害的机制之一。 Objective To investigate the influence and applied time of pseudo-ginseng on cerebral edema, hematoma volume and Bcl-2 expression in cerebral tissue in rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The rat models of cerebral hemorrhage were established by autologous blood injection and which were randomly divided into the immediate, the first day, the second day, the third day, the fifth day, the seventh day treated groups and control group. At the certain time, the solution of pseudo-ginseng granules was peffused to rat stomach twice a day. At the eighth day after molding, the water contents of cerebral tissue, hematoma volume and expression of Bcl-2 in cerebral tissue around hematoma were obersved. Results Compared with the control group, the water contents of cerebral tissue and hematoma volumes in each treated group were significantly deceased except immediate treated group ( all P 〈0. 01 ) ; which in the third day treated group were significantly lower than those in other treated groups ( all P 〈 0. 01). Compared with the control group, the Bel-2 expression in cerebral tissue in all the treated groups were significantly increased ( all P 〈 0. 01 ) ; which in the third day treated group was significant higher than other treated groups(all P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions At the third day after acute cerebral hemorrhage, the treatment with pseudo- ginseng can get the best effects in reducing cerebral edema and hematoma volume. To up regular the expression of Bcl-2 in cerebral tissue may be one of mechanisms of pseudo-ginseng for reduce the cerebral damage after cerebral hemorrhage.
