摘要
目的:探讨从三七提取液中分离三七总皂苷和三七素的方法。方法:采用D101大孔树脂分离纯化三七总皂苷,采用732强酸型阳离子交换树脂和CM SephadexC-25分离三七素。结果:可从三七提取液中分离得到三七总皂苷和三七素粗品。结论:本分离方法简单,可用于工业生产。
Object： To separate the notoginseng saponin and dencichine from the extract of Panax notoginseng （Burk.）F.H. Methods Notoginseng saponin was purified with D101 macroporous resin while dencichine was separated by 732 cation exchange resin and CM Sephadex C-25. Results Notoginseng saponin and the crude deneichine were able to separate from the extract of Panax notoginseng. Conclusion The processs is convenient and can be used for industrial production.
