摘要
该文从分析国内高校信息化建设中遇到的问题出发,探讨了IT资源管理服务平台搭建的必要性。参考ITIL(information technology infrastructure library)标准提出了适用于国内高校的IT资源管理服务平台的运行管理模式。并以华东理工大学IT资源管理服务平台的搭建为例进行了更进一步的探讨。
This paper starts with analyzing problems that domestic colleges and universities have met during informationization, and talks about the necessity of setting up IT Resource Management and Service Platform. An operational management mode suitable for domestic colleges and universities＇ IT Resource Management and Service Platform is proposed according to ITIL. And the IT Resource Management and Service Platform of East China University of Science and Technology is took as an example to describe the operational management mode deeply.
