摘要
缺乏有效的IT网管技术会导致企业无法有效地利用IT资源,从而制约企业的竞争力。IT综合网管是一种用于监控和管理企业IT资源的系统,能够有效地保障IT网络中各种设备及应用系统的稳定运行。针对大型企业的复杂需求,采用基于国际领先的ITIL标准的IT管理模型,研究设计了一种IT综合网管系统,以面向业务、服务为设计理念,实现了全方位的实时监控和运维管理。该系统还能够进行智能化的业务影响分析,帮助用户快速发现业务问题,降低故障影响度。
Lacking effective IT Network Management technology will cause that enterprise can't use the IT resources effectively.It will restrict the competitiveness of enterprise.IT Integrated Network Management is the system which is used to monitor and manage the enterprise's IT resources.It can effectively ensure that the equipments and application systems in the network will run steadily.According to the complicated requirement of large enterprise,we use the IT management model which is based on the international leading ITIL standard to study and design a kind of IT Integrated Network Management system.Its design ideas are service-oriented and business-oriented.It realizes the Omnibearing real-time monitoring and management.And it also can analyse the business impact intelligently.This will help user to find the business problem quickly and decrease the influence degree of faults.
