摘要
本文通过对1998 年江西省鄱阳湖水系流域因暴雨链发的滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等灾害的主要致灾因素的分析以及对防灾减灾三项重要工作的论述,启示人们:共同行动起来,预防世纪型灾害再现,正确处理好人与自然的和谐共存关系。
Based on an analysis of the factors causing landslide,collapse and mudrock flow triggered by rainstorm in Poyang water system basin in 1998,this paper deals with three important aspects in hazard prevention and mitigation work. Let hazard teaches mankind:Let's take action together,to prevent the recurrence of secular hazard and to handle correctly the harmonious coexisting relation between nature and mankind.
