摘要
某引风机长期停止运行转子会产生临时弯曲。利用影响系数法进行现场动平衡的过程中,转子临时弯曲逐渐消失,对现场动平衡计算的影响系数产生影响,充分利用加重量的矢量合成与分解可以得到较多的影响系数,有利于动平衡工作的进行。
The rotor will be bent temporarily due to the longtime lay-aside of a wind fan.However,the temporary bent will be gradually disappeared when the field dynamic balance is carred out using the influence coefficient method.It will affect the influence coefficient calculated in field dynamic balance.The full of using resultant and decomposition vector could get more influence coefficient which would be good for the field dynamic balance.
