不育男性精浆生化标志物与精液参数分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨精浆生化标志物在男性生育力评价中的重要地位及精浆生化标志物与精液参数之间的关系。方法:对30例正常生育男性、97例不育男性精浆中酸性磷酸酶和锌分别进行精液常规分析和包括精浆果糖含量、精浆酸性磷酸酶含量、精浆α-糖苷酶活性和精浆锌含量检测,采用SPSS-11.0统计软件进行数据统计。结果:①不育组中,密度异常组精浆果糖含量显著高于密度正常组和生育组(P<0.05);活力异常组精浆果糖含量低于生育组(P<0.05);②不育组中,活力异常组精浆酸性磷酸酶含量显著低于生育组和活力正常组(P<0.05);精子密度异常组精浆酸性磷酸酶含量与正常组和生育组之间均差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);③不育组中,密度异常组精浆α-糖苷酶含量显著低于密度正常组、生育组(P<0.05);活力异常组精浆a-糖苷酶含量显著低于活力正常组、生育组(P<0.05);④不育组中,密度异常组精浆锌含量分别显著低于密度正常组、生育组(P<0.01);按精子活力分组,活力异常组精浆锌含量与正常组和生育组之间均差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:精浆生化标志物与精液参数密切相关,将常规精液参数检测与生化指标联系起来,或可为男性不育诊断流程改善提供试验依据,帮助临床客观地评价男性生育力,给予患者合理的诊治。 Objective:To investigate the important role of biochemical marker of seminal plasma in male fertility evaluation,and the relationship between biochemical marker and sperm parameters.Methods: The activities of zinc and acid phosphatase in seminal plasma were routinely detected in 97 infertile men and 30 normal fertility as contro1.We carried out the biochemical detection of seminal plasma,including fructose content,acid phosphatase content,α-glycosidase content and zinc content.The data was be statistically analysed by SPSS-11.0 software.Results: ①The seminal plasma fructose content of anormal sperm density in infertile group is significant higher than normal sperm density in infertile group or normal fertility group(P〈0.05);The seminal plasma fructose content of anormal sperm activity in infertile group have significant difference than normal fertility group(P〈0.05).②The seminal plasma acid phosphatase content of anormal sperm activity in infertile group is significant lower than normal sperm activity in infertile group or normal fertility group(P〈0.05);The seminal plasma acid phosphatase content of anormal sperm density in infertile group have no statistical difference with normal sperm density in infertile group or normal fertility group(P〈0.05).③The seminal plasma α-glycosidase content of anormal sperm density in infertile group is significant lower than normal sperm density in infertile group or normal fertility group(P〈0.05);The seminal plasma α-glycosidase content of anormal sperm activity in infertile group is significant lower than normal sperm activity in infertile group or normal fertility group(P〈0.05).④The seminal plasma zinc content of anormal sperm density in infertile group is significant lower than normal sperm density in infertile group or normal fertility group(P〈0.01);The seminal plasma zinc content of anormal sperm activity in infertile group have no statistical difference with normal sperm activity in infertile group or normal fertility group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The biochemical marker of seminal plasma has close relationship with sperm parameters.The diagnosis of male infertile can be improved by associating sperm parameters routine analysis with sperm biochemical indicator analysis.We can objectively estimate male fertility and rationally treat patients.
