摘要
采用一种新型的真空凝胶注模成型法,减少了在凝胶注模成型时坯体中形成的气泡。烧结曲线表明,真空凝胶注模制得的坯体的烧结温度比普通凝胶注模制得的坯体的低100℃左右。在1 550℃,真空坯体的收缩率比普通坯体的高78.7%。
A new vacuum gel-casting was applied to ceramics which could reduce the air bubbles formed during the casting in the green body. The sintering curves showed that the sintering temperature of green body prepared by vacuum gel-casting was 100℃ lower than that of common gel-casting, and the contractive ratio of vacuum green body was 78. 7% higher than that of common green body at 1 550 ℃.
