双酚A对成年雄性小鼠体质量、摄食和肝功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨双酚A对成年雄性小鼠体质量、摄食和肝功能的影响。方法 100只成年雄性ICR小鼠随机分为阴性对照组、己烯雌酚对照组、双酚A 2、20、100 mg/kg组,各组动物用相应受试物连续灌胃2周,于第8周将小鼠处死。用酶化学方法检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、r-谷氨酞基转移酶(GGT)和总胆红素(TBil)。结果给予双酚A 8周后,各组动物体质量无显著性差异(P>0.05);第4周,2 mg/kg双酚A组动物的进食量与阴性对照组比较明显增加(P<0.05),而第8周,20 mg/kg双酚A组动物的进食量与阴性对照组比较明显减少(P<0.01);第6周和第8周,2 mg/kg和20 mg/kg双酚A组与阴性对照组比较饮水量明显减少(P<0.01);各实验组与阴性对照组比较,肝脏指数没有显著性差异(P>0.05);给予双酚A 8周后,2 mg/kg、20 mg/kg和100 mg/kg双酚A组与阴性对照组比较ALT、GGT、TBil水平明显升高(P<0.01);且20 mg/kg和100 mg/kg双酚A组与阴性对照组比较AST水平也明显升高(P<0.01)。结论双酚A对于成年雄性ICR小鼠的进食量和饮水量有一定的影响,对肝功能有损伤作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of bisphenol-A on body weight, feeding and liver function of adult male mice. Methods 100 adult male ICR mice were used in this experiment. The mice were distributed randomly into negative control group, 20 mg/kg diethylstilbestrol control group, 2,20 and 100 mg/kg bisphenol-A group. All groups were treated for two weeks. After eight weeks of bisphenol-A treatment, the level of ALT,AST, GGT and TBil was detected with enzyme-chemical method. Results After eight weeks of bisphenol-A treatment, there was no significant difference in the comparison of the body weight among all groups(P〉0.05). In the fourth week of bisphenol-A treatment, food intake in 2 mg/kg bisphenol-A group was higher than that in negative control group(P〈0. 05). In the eighth week of bisphenol-A treatment, food intake in 20 mg/kg bisphenol-A group was less than that in negative control group (P〈0.01). In the sixth and eighth week of bisphenol-A treatment, water intake in 2 and 20 mg/kg bisphenol-A group was less than that in negative control group(P〈0.01). There was no significant difference in the compared liver index among all groups(P〉0.05). After eight weeks of bisphenol-A treatment, the level of ALT,GGT,TBil in 2 mg/kg,20mg/kg and 100 mg/kg group was higher than that in negative control group(P 〈0.01), the level of AST in 20mg/kg and 100 mg/kg group was higher than that in negative control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Bisphenol-A could effect food and water intake, injure liver function of adult male ICR mice.
