双酚A是一种内分泌干扰物,会导致人和动物生殖系统、神经系统、免疫系统等的异常。文章综述双酚A的毒性、食品包装材料中双酚A的迁移、食品及食品包装中双酚A检测的提取、分离及检测方法。
Bisphenol A（BPA） can lead to abnormal phenomena of genital,immunologic and nervous system as an endocrine disrupting chemical.This paper reviewed the toxicity of BPA,the migration,segregation and extraction of BPA,and the detection method for bisphenol A.
