水相中β-环糊精包合N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺作用研究

摘要 研究了水相中β-环糊精与N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺(NHPI)的包合作用,通过Hildebrand-Benesi法确定其包合比为1∶1,并结合红外光谱辅助说明,同时计算出25℃时包合稳定常数为1412 L/mol,计算出热力学常数ΔH、ΔS、ΔG,初步探讨了超声波对包结产率的影响规律。 The study on inclusion between β-cyclodextrin and NHPI in aqueous solution has been made.The ratio of inclusion 1 ∶1 was calculated by the method of Hildebrand-Benesi,which was tested by IR.The inclusion constant was also calculated,which was 1 412 L/mol.The thermodynamic parameters for inclusion reaction such as ΔH,ΔS,ΔG were derived from the inclusion constants at different temperatures.We have a simple description on the inclusion yield under the supersonic condition.
