摘要
正常机体中骨的重建是一个动态平衡过程。破骨细胞吸收老化及破坏的骨组织,同时成骨细胞形成新骨填充骨吸收所致的凹陷,从而保持骨量、强度及结构完整性。若这一平衡被打破,即可出现骨的代谢异常,甚至一系列的病理改变,如骨质疏松和骨质硬化心。
