摘要
针对直缝埋弧焊管用St52—3钢板出现的异常情况，通过低倍、金相、扫面电镜等手段进行了全面分析，负偏析带内贝氏体组织和夹杂物导致钢板出现中心裂纹，从而出现质量缺陷。
The abnormal defects of St52-3 steel plate for longitudinal submerged-arc welded pipe were comprehensively analyzed by means of the low power inspection, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and so forth. The result showed that the bainite structure and inclusions in the negative segregation belt led to the centre burst of quality defects.
