摘要
采用表面宏观检查及化学成份、金相检测分析方法对Q345B板材在使用的过程中发现开裂样进行分析。结果表明:Q345B板材在使用过程中发现的开裂主要属划痕引起,钢中的非金属夹杂物对裂纹的形成与扩展也有一些影响。本文提出了预防弯折开裂的改进意见。
The surface macro inspection and chemical composition, metallographic analysis of Q345B detected in the use of sheet metal found in the process of cracking kind for analysis. The result shows that：the Q345B plate in the use of the process of cracking found mainly from scratch,nonmetallic inclusions of steel on the formation and expansion of cracks have some impact. Improving idea of preventing bending cracking was made.
