食管静脉曲张硬化术后食管巨大溃疡一例

摘要患者男，51岁，2005年12月主因腹胀2个月来院就诊，以腹水原因待查收入院，完善相关检查后诊断为酒精性肝硬化失代偿期。内镜检查示：食管距门齿30 cm始可见4条迂曲呈蚯蚓状灰蓝色曲张静脉，下段明显增粗呈串珠状，有交通支形成，未见红色征，胃底未见明显曲张静脉。
