摘要
本文提出的同步剪挤式精冲法,就是使钣料在冲裁过程中同时具有剪切和挤压的双重作用.这种作用是通过改变模具工作部分的几何形状自动实现的.由于这种剪切和挤压的双重作用,即可在钣料剪切区建立足够的静水压力,使金属的塑性提高,抑制剪裂纹的产生,从而使塑性剪变位延续到冲裁的全过程,最终实现钣件的精密分离.这种精冲方法简便易行,在很大程度上克服了现有各种精冲法的不足.本文详细讨论了同步剪挤式精冲的变形特点和力学模型的建立,提出了一套精冲力的计算方法;并介绍了有关的技术要点.上述工作,对于精冲的实际应用将具有重要指导意义.
The simultancous Shcar-Squccze precision blanking mcthod suggested in this paper
has actions of both shcaring and squcczing during the coursc of blanking.Both actions are
cffccted automatically by changing the geometry of punch and die.For these actions,a suf-
ficient hydrostatic pressure can be established in the shearing region,resulting in the in-
crcase of metal plasticity and prevention of the occurrencc of cracks,and making it
possoible for the plastic shcar deformation to extend over the whole blanking process.Thus
a prccision sepcration of the shcct metal is completed eventually.The method is easy to use
and able to avoid the drawbacks of existing prccision blanking mcthods to a certain degree.
The paper analyses mainly the dcformation featurcs of the precision blanking and es-
tablishment of its mechanical pattern,and puts forward a new method to estimate precision
blanking force.Moreover,the main paramcters are also given in the paper.All this will be
of great importance fo the production practice of precision blanking
