摘要 血栓性微血管病（thrombotic mircroangiopathy,TMA）是以微血管性溶血性贫血和血小板减少为特征的病症,微血管病性溶血的特点是外周血中存在红细胞碎片。微血管血栓可发生在几乎所有的器官,导致弥漫性缺血。
