摘要
用后夹层前内植鼓室成形术治疗慢性中耳炎３６ 例、３８ 耳，出院时均无穿孔，１ 耳出院后１ 月穿孔伴流水样分泌物，１ 耳出院４ 月后鼓膜大部分与鼓岬相贴伴少量积液，余随访半年无穿孔，治愈率为９５％ 。鼓室成形术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎与手术方法、患者咽鼓管通畅情况及治疗后及时复查等因素有关。
Thirty six cases of 38 ears with chronic suppurative otitis media were treated with tympanoplasty by embedding the front and sandwiching the posterior part of the temporal fascia.All cases had no perforation when they were out of hospital.One month later,1 ear had perforation with secretion;4 months later,1 ear had sticking of large part of drum membrane and promontorium tympani;others had no perforation in the period of half year.The cure rate was 95%.The study suggests that the effect has something with the operative methods,the condition of auditory tube and the reexamination.
