摘要
将羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、稻草粉、稻草秆作底物,分别与5头空怀荣昌母猪的盲肠内容物上清液一起,进行体外液体或半流体培养,以灭菌的上清液培养作空白对照,观察荣昌猪盲肠微生物对粗纤维的消化能力.试验结果:CMC培养液中有还原糖产生,并在培养20~24h达到峰值;培养72h后,稻草粉、稻草秆液体和半流体培养,试验组干物质(DM)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、纤维素(CL)消失率均高于空白对照组;半流体培养,稻草粉DM、ADF、CL净消失率和稻草秆DM净消失率都明显高于液体培养;两种培养状态下的稻草粉DM净消失率都高于稻草秆.结果表明:体外培养条件下,荣昌猪盲肠微生物有较强的消化粗纤维的能力;
Digestibility of crude fiber by cecal microbe of 5 female Rongchang pig of 100~120 kg body weight was studied in vitro. The supernatant from the caercum contents was used to culture in vitro in liquid or semifluid media containing carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), rice straw powder (RSP) or rice straw stalk (RSS). Results showed that cecal microbe of Rongchang pigs could decompose CMC into reducing sugar whose concentration was the highest 20~24 hours after culturing. After 72 hours, disappearance rate of DM, ADF and CL of RSP on test was higher than that on control. The net disappearance rate of DM, ADF and CL of RSP, DM of RSS in semifluid media was higher than that in liquid media. In both kinds of media, the net disappearance rate of DM of RSS was lower significantly than that of RSP. These finding indicated that cecal microbe of Rongchang pigs had good activities to digest crude fiber, and that culture condition effected the digestibility of cecal microbe to crude fiber.
