摘要
本文结合笔者参予的教研课题《微格教学的实验与推广》的研究,探讨了对高师生教学能力的培养,提出在微格教学中要突出数学思想方法及数学教育思想的运用。
The paper makes an inquiry to the development of the students' teaching capacity in teacher's colleges and universities combined with the research“the Experiment and spreading of Microteaching”made by the author.
