摘要
目的翻译HIV/AIDS患者疾病管理自我效能感量表（HIV-SE）,并评价其信效度。方法将HIV患者疾病自我管理效能量表翻译成中文版并对242例接受或准备接受抗病毒治疗的HIV/AIDS患者进行调查。结果中文版HIV-SE总的Cronbach′sα为0.81,各分量表为0.73-0.93。各分量表与总分的相关系数（r）0.62-0.84;因子分析共提取公因子5个,解释总变异的64.89%,少数条目的归属与原量表有差异。结论从整体上看,HIV-SE具有较好的信度和效度,所提取的5个因子能较全面地反映该量表的结构,但在中国应用还需作一定调整。
Objective To translate a Chinese version of HIV Self-Efficacy（HIV-SE） Questionnaire,and to evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods The original HIV-SE was translated into a Chinese version.Two hundred and forty-two HIV/AIDS patients who had been on or who planed to take antiviral therapy were surveyed by the Chinese version Questionnaire to evaluate its validity and reliability.Results The overall Cronbach′s α coefficient of the Chinese version Questionnaire was 0.81 and those of six subscales ranged from 0.73 to 0.93.The correlation coefficients between the score of every subscale and the total score were between 0.62 and 0.84.Five components were extracted from Chinese version HIV-SE through exploratory factor analysis.They could explain 64.89% of the total variation.Some items didn′t belong to the original subscales as they used to do.Conclusion The Chinese version HIV-SE shows good reliability and validity in general.The extracted five components are able to reflect the structure of HIV-SE.However,it needs further adjustment if applied in China.
