摘要
目的分析艾滋病患者的困境和需求,提出构建艾滋病患者社会支持系统的建议。方法采用深度访谈、小组讨论、现场观察等研究方法。结果艾滋病患者面临的主要问题是身体状况恶化、资源缺乏、劳动能力丧失和劳动权力被剥夺、歧视和排斥;艾滋病患者的需求主要表现物质、经济、劳动权力、公平对待等方面。结论加大宣传力度;建立广泛合作;完善服务体系。
Objective To analyze the living status of the AIDS/HIV patients, in order to recognize their difficulty and need and provide suggestion for establishing a social support system. Methods The method of indepth interview, group discussion and observation were applied in the survey. Results The main problems of AIDS/HIV patients were the worsening of health, insufficient resource,disability and deprived of labour right and discrimination, etc. The needs of AIDS/HIV patients are： daily necessities, the right to work, social equity etc. Conclusion Health education should be promoted, extensive cooperation should be established and the service system should be improved.
