摘要
近30年来舌癌一直占据口腔癌部位发生率的第一位。舌癌的基础研究和临床治疗是口腔颌面—头颈肿瘤外科的重点研究内容,它既反映口腔癌的普遍规律,又有部位解剖的特殊性。建议选择性颈清术采用功能性颈清扫术的手术方式。主张以手术治疗为主,辅以放射、化学的综合治疗。
Tongue cancer ranks, in term of incidence, the first of all oral cancers in the past 30 years. The fundamental research and clinical treatments of tongue cancer have been the priority of head and neck tumor surgeries, which display the universal principles of oral cancer as well as the uniqueness of regional anatomy. Functional neck dissection surgery is recommended, where surgery is of primary importance and radiotherapy and chemotherapy are supplementary.
