摘要 风能、太阳能等新能源发电迅速发展,新能源发电系统联网对于缓解传统电网供电压力,改善能源结构具有重要作用。这些能源表现出波动性和间歇性,给电网运行带来前所未有挑战。通过分析以清洁能源发电为主的分布式电源大量联网的局限性,结合微网技术,提出了在氢氧联合循环发电系统基础上的分布式能源系统,系统采用联合最优功率控制模式,与清洁能源发电系统耦合成互补的分布式能源系统,最后提出能源系统中需要重点解决的问题。 With the rapid development of generating power by using new energy like wind and solar energy,interconnection of new energy power generation system plays an important role in easing pressure on the traditional power grid and changing the energy structure.These kinds of energy show fluctuation and intermittent,which has brought unprecedented challenges to the power grid. Through analyzing the limitations of a large number of distributed power network based mainly on clean energy,the paper introduces micro-network technology,proposes the concept of distributed generation system in which the hydrogen and oxygen combined cycle power generation system couples with clean energy system,the system adopts the comprehensive optimal power control,finally the problems to be focused on are proposed.
