摘要
2008年IEEE PES会议是与会代表就国际电力和能源领域现状和发展等相关问题进行深入交流的技术盛会。此次会议的主题是"21世纪的电力转换和传输"。相对于火电、水电等传统发电方式,风电、核电、分布式发电等新能源发电成为当今国际上的研究重点。文章围绕新能源发电,对相关会议论坛和论文进行介绍,包括新能源发电及智能电网等相关技术问题的现状、存在的问题和解决措施,供国内学者和工程技术人员研究借鉴。
IEEE Power & Energy Society 2008 general meeting provided an international forum for all attendees to promote, share and discuss a myriad of ongoing developments that relate to today's power and energy industry. The theme of the meeting is "Conversion and Delivery of Electrical Energy in 21st Century". Comparing with conventional power generations, such as thermal power and hydropower, new energy power generations, such as nuclear power, wind power and distributed generation, attract more international interests. In this paper, present status, problems and methods in new energy power generation and smart grid fields will be introduced, which will be helpful for the research work of domestic scholars and engineers.
