摘要
合成了联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲及其铜（ Ⅱ） 、锌（ Ⅱ） 的配合物，用平皿测定法测定了它们对辣椒疫霉菌（ Ｐｈｙｔｏｐｈｔｈｏｒａ ｃａｐｓｉｃｉ） 的抑菌活性． 实验证明，联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲及其铜（ Ⅱ） 、锌（ Ⅱ） 的配合物均具有抑菌活性。
Acetylbiphenyl thiosemicarbazone and its copper(Ⅱ),zinc(Ⅱ) complexes were prepared. The antifungal activities of the compounobs against phgtophthora capsici were determined using plating method. Experimental results showed that 4_acetylbiphenyl thiosemicarbazone and its complexes with Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ) all have antifungal activities against phytophthora capsici,and among them Cu(Ⅱ) complex has the highest antifungal activities.
