研究了在溴化十六烷基吡啶存在下,p H 为55 的六次甲基四胺缓冲溶液中,铜( Ⅱ) 与铬天青 S的显色反应,据此拟定出一个测定铜的新方法. 铜( Ⅱ) 在上述体系中形成稳定的绿兰色络合物,最大吸收波长为626 nm ,摩尔吸光系数为6 .6 ×104 ,铜量在0 .2 ~1 .8 μg/m L
A new method for determination of copper (Ⅱ) is proposed based on the chromogenic reaction of copper(Ⅱ) and chorme azurol S in solution of hexamethylenetetramine (pH=5.5) with excess amount of hexadecylpyridinium bromide. In this system, copper (Ⅱ) forms a green blue complex, which has an absorption maxinum at 626 nm with a molar absorptivity of 6.6×10 4. Bear's Law is obeyed in the range of 0.2~1.8 μg/mL solution.
