摘要
在聚乙烯醇 ( PVA)和盐酸存在下 ,痕量的钒 ( )抑制 Sn2 +与玫瑰茄红色素的褪色反应 ,由此建立了一种高灵敏度 ( 2 .5× 1 0 - 10 g/ m L)抑制褪色光度法测定痕量钒的方法 .其中 log A/ A0 =0 .0 2 + 0 .3C( ) ( μg/ L) .r=0 .998,ε553=6.7× 1 0 7L· mol- 1· cm- 3,测定范围 ( 2~ 2 0μg/ L) .用于测定环境水 ,钢样及废水中的钒 ( V) ,结果令人满意 .
A new highly sensitive method (detection limit, 2.5×10 -10 g/mL) has been proposed for the determination of trace vanadium based on inhibition of V(Ⅴ) in discoloring reaction between red pigment of Hibiscu Sabariffa linn and Sn(Ⅱ) in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol in an acid medium. The regression equation is log A 0/A=0.02+0.3C (Ⅴ) (μg/L) r=0.9998, ε 553=6.7×107 L·mol -1·cm -3 and the linear range of the determination is 0~2.20 μg/L. the method is satisfactorily applied to the determination of V(Ⅴ) in nature water, steel and waste water.
