摘要
目的:研制前列宁肠溶胶囊,确定其提取制备工艺,初步制订质量标准。方法:根据中医药理论,明确组方设计,确定前列宁肠溶胶囊制备工艺,采用TLC法和制剂规定制定质量标准。结果:减少用药剂量,提高了药物的有效性、稳定性和方便性,TLC法结果可靠,无干扰。结论:处方合理,制剂稳定、质量标准可靠。
Objective ： To preliminary research extract preparation and the quality control of Qianliening enteric-coated capsule. Method： Precipitation was used to the preparation and the mass identification was by TLC method. Results ： The preparation was stabile and the TLC spots developed were fairly clear. Conclusion ： The method is simple, reliable, and can be used to control the quality of Qianliening entericcoated capsule effectively.
