摘要
中国人居环境领域的研究和建设得到不断发展。综合中西人居环境理论,理想的人居环境应该具有安全、健康、方便和舒适等特征。对人居环境特征的量化评价具有测量、评估、比较和预警等功能。当前,城市人居环境评价指标体系比较健全,农村人居环境评价指标研究相对薄弱。必须注重对人居环境理论和评价方法的创新研究,在研究和建设城市人居环境的同时加强对农村人居环境建设。
The scholars have made a constant research in the filed of residential environment and conduced a ceaseless development.If we integrate the residential environment theories of both domestic and overseas,the ideal residential environment should be characterized by safety,healthiness,convenience and coziness,etc.Quantitive evaluation to the characters of residential environment has measuring,evaluating,comparative and pre-warning functions.Till now the academe has established a relatively sound index system of evaluating on the urban residential environment,however,unsubstantial in the rural areas.The academe must focus on the research innovation on the aspects of residential environmental theories and evaluating methods in later study and strengthen the research and construction on the rural residential environment while concentrating on the urban areas.
