摘要
本文研究了Cr(Ⅵ)-TBP-Cl^-和Cr(Ⅲ)-TBP-SCN-溶剂化合物的形成和萃取条件,建立了一种新的高灵敏度选择性测定微量Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)的分析方法,藉反萃取和其他手段,进一步验证了Cr(Ⅵ)-TBP-Cl^-及Cr(Ⅲ)-TBP-SCN^-溶剂化合物的存在。方法对地表水进行分析,其回收率为92—103%。
The formation and extraction conditions of Cr(Ⅵ)-TBP-Cl^(-1) and Cr(Ⅲ)-TBP-SCN^- were investigated. A sensitive and selective method for the determination of Cr(Ⅵ) as well as Cr(Ⅲ) was proposed. Cr(Ⅵ) and Cr(Ⅲ) were respectively determinated by means of adjusting pH and the amounts of reagent. Cr(Ⅵ) was analyed in 0.24 mol/L HCI and Cr (Ⅲ) was donep in pH5.75HAc-NaAc buffer with the addition of 0.80 moI.L^(-1) KSCN. For both Cr(Ⅵ) and Cr(Ⅲ) the working curves are linear in 0.005—0.25 ppm range.The 3S detection Limit for both is 0.5 ppb. The coefficient of variation for 0.05—0.10ppm Cr added in the surface water is<4.3% (n=5), and the recovery is in the range of 92.4—102.2%.
