摘要
本文研究了Co(Ⅱ)—TBP—SCN=溶剂化合物的形成和萃取条件,建立了一种新的高灵度测定微量Co(Ⅱ)的分析方法。对儿童发样的测试,回收率在96%—97%之间。
A sensitive and accurate method for the determination of Co(Ⅱ)was proposed. For Co(Ⅱ) the working curve is linear in 0—0.5μg·ml^(-1) range. The 3σ detectior limit for Co(Ⅱ) is 0.05μg·ml^(-1) and the sensitivity for 1% absorption is 0.10μg·ml^(-1) in TBP. The coefficient of variation for 0.02μg·ml Co(Ⅱ) added in the human hair is≤3.0%(n=6) and the recovery is in the range of 96—97%.
