摘要
目的探讨聚乙烯醇颗粒(PVA)和海藻微酸钠微球(KMG)栓塞犬双侧髂内动脉血管后的临床效果。方法对照组(A组,5只犬)只进行术前插入导管,不注入栓塞剂;实验组用直径同为560~710μm PVA(B组)和KMG(C组)栓塞剂分别栓塞15只犬双侧髂内动脉,于第1、3、5天分别模拟骶骨肿瘤手术,计算术中出血量,观察手术间隔期间犬的并发症。结果 B、C组与A组比较,出血量明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C两组第1、3天平均出血量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组犬相对B组犬生理活动情况较好,且分离骶骨时,相对于A、B两组术野清楚,完全分离用时少。结论术前栓塞可以明显减少术中出血,且术前栓塞KMG较PVA能够更好地减少术中出血,对栓塞组织的影响较小。
Objective To compare the micro-algae sodium microspheres(KMG) and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) par ticles of embolic material effect on the internal iliac artery embolization in dogs. Methods Group A(5 dogs) just prepared to embolization, calculated blood loss and dog's complications. With the same diameter as the 560-710 μm KMG( group C) and PVA particles (group B ) embolization agent embolized internal iliac artery in 15 dogs, respectively. 1, 3, and 5 days of simulated sacral tumors, during the interval between surgery. We also observed the different blood loss and complication among group A, B, C. Results We discovered the blood loss decreased in dogs who treated with KMG and PVA. Compared with gorup A, the amount of blood loss was significantly less than that in group B and C (P 〈 O. 05 ). There were significant differences between A or B and C in physiology activity condition. The embolism group were shorter and the space of surgical field were clearer than that without the embol- ism groups. Conclusion Embolism before surgery can decrease the blood loss during the operation. Embolised with KMG can be much better than PVA. The effect on the embolization is small
