生物反馈训练对急性期脑梗死偏瘫肢体运动功能康复的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察生物反馈训练对急性期脑梗死患者偏瘫肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法:将123例急性期脑梗死患者按患者家属意愿分为康复组(91例)和对照组(32例),2组均同时接受常规药物治疗,其中康复组病情稳定48 h后进行瘫痪肢体生物反馈训练。分别于治疗前及治疗后30、609、0 d采用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(MRS)、卒中影响量表(SIS)对患者日常生活活动能力、残疾程度、生活质量状况进行评定。结果:治疗前2组所有评分均无统计学差异;治疗30 d时2组上述评分较治疗前有差异,其中康复组改善明显;治疗60、90 d时上述评分显示康复组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对急性期脑梗死患者的瘫痪肢体进行早期生物反馈训练康复治疗,能显著改善患者日常生活活动能力,降低致残率,提高生活质量。 Objective: To investigate the effect of biofeedback training on motor recovery of hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: One hundred and twenty-three pa- tients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into rehabilitation group(n=91) and control group(n=32). Patients in both groups have received conventional drug treatment. Pa- tients in the rehabilitation group at 48 h after onset were evaluated and treated with biofeedback training. The patients' activities of daily living, disability level, quality of life were assessed by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Modified Rankin Scale (MRS) and Stroke Impact Scale (SIS) respectively before the treatment and at days 30, 60 and 90 after biofeedback training. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the NIHSS, MRS, and SIS scores for the rehabilitation group and control group. After 30 days treatment, patients' conditions indicated by NIHSS, MRS, and SIS scores were improved relative to those measured before treatment. At days 30, 60, 90 after treatment, the patients in the rehabilitation group showeda better recovery than in the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The early biofeedback training can improve the activities of daily living, and reduce disability and raise the life quality of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
