摘要
立柱是立式加工中心的重要组成部分,对机床整机的动态特性具有重要影响。为了提高床身结构的动态特性,建立高速立式加工中心立柱的CAD/CAE模型,借助有限单元法,进行基于灵敏度分析的筋板厚度优化,降低立柱的重心,提高了立柱的动态特性。经优化设计,立柱的前三阶固有频率较优化前分别提高了23.23%,4.00%和10.13%,动态性能得到明显的提高。
The column is an important component of machine tools and has a strong impacts on the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine.In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of the column,this paper develops the CAD/CAE model of the body of high speed vertical machining center and analyzes the dynamic characteristics by the aid of FEM.It also optimizes the thickness of rib plates and lowers the height of the centre-of-gravity position based on sensitivity analysis.Consequently,the first three orders natural frequencies are increased 23.23%,4.00% and 10.13%,respectively.The dynamic behavior of the column is improved obviously.
