摘要
针对滚动导轨结合面特性参数难以确定的问题,提出滚动导轨结合面弹簧-阻尼等效模型及试验模态测试方法,获得导轨结合面的特性参数并将其应用到整机有限元模型中,进行整机有限元模态分析.对加工中心进行整机模态试验分析,将获得的分析结果与有限元分析结果进行比较.结果表明,有限元分析结果和试验分析结果吻合较好;同时识别出机床的薄弱环节,为整机结构优化设计打下基础.
In order to solve a problem which the performances parameters of the linear rolling guideway surfaces were hardly ascertained,an spring-damper equivalent model and an modal test method for linear rolling guideway surfaces were proposed.The performances parameters of linear rolling guideway surfaces were acquired by the test and applied to the finite element model of the machining center.Based on the modal analysis,the finite element model of the machining center was analyzed.The high-speed precision machining center was analyzed by modal test.Compare the results of test and the finite element analysis,it shown that they are coincided basically.The weak points were obtained from the test result,and it laid the foundation for the structural optimal design of the machining center.
