摘要
本文在Max等[1]对胆红素表面增强拉曼光谱简略研究的基础上,首次采用了一种新方法,获得了胆红素分子在银溶胶中的SERS谱。对该谱进行了识别,对胆红素分子在胶粒表面的吸附及胶粒自身的凝聚,以及二者对增强的影响进行了分析,得出了吸附、凝聚程度与最大增强的关系。证实了在采用银溶胶的SERS中,物理和化学的增强因素是共存的,并对增强因子进行了简单估算。
Based on the simple results of E.Max et al., about-surface enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS)spectra of bilirubin, the SERS spectra of bilirubin in silver sol were oblained by us withe a new way. The obtained spectra were identified. The adsorption of bilirubin molecules on the surface of the sol particles, the concouse of the particles themselves, and the effect of these two factors on the enhancement were analysed. The relation between the maximum of the enhancement and these two factors was obtained.It was verified that the physical and chemical enhancements exist when silver sol was adopted as the medium of enhancement. The enhancement factors were estimated approximately.
