摘要 目的探讨Fas在睾丸的表达与精子发生阻滞的关系。方法用HE染色技术检查120例不育症患者睾丸活检标本,其中精子发生阻滞患者标本应用免疫组化二步法检查Fas的表达,并以10例健康人睾丸组织作为对照。结果 120例标本中符合精子发生阻滞病理诊断标准者31例(25.8%)。正常健康人睾丸组织中,Fas在生精细胞、支持细胞、间质细胞及血管壁表达;而在精子发生阻滞的睾丸组织中,Fas也在生精细胞、支持细胞、间质细胞及血管壁表达,但表达增强,两者表达强度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精子发生阻滞可能与包括Fas在内的一系列复杂的细胞信号转导障碍有关。 Objective To explore the correlation between spermatogenic arrest and the expression of Fas in the testes of infertile men.Methods The testicular biopsy specimens of 120 infertile men were detected by HE staining.Then the two-step immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Fas in the testicular biopsy specimens of the infertile men with spermatogenic arrest,as compared with those taken from 10 healthy men.Results 31 of the specimens,which accounted for 25.8%,were accorded with the diagnostic standard of spermatogenic arrest.Fas expressed in spermatogenic cells,sertoli cells,leydig cells and vascular wall of testicular tissues.Fas lowly expressed in the normal testicular tissues,however,which highly expressed in the testicular tissues with spermatogenic arrest.There was a significant difference in the immunostaining intensity of Fas between the two kinds of testicular tissues(P0.05).Conclusion The spermatogenic arrest may be related with a series of complex disturbances of cell signal transduction including Fas.
