摘要
评优是一种有效的激励方式,其目的在于表彰先进、激励他人。目前,图书馆考核评优办法不够科学、操作性不强,馆员对其认识和重视程度不够。重庆文理学院图书馆根据本馆的实际情况,结合多年积累的经验,制定了以定性和定量考核相结合、民主和集中相结合、遵循公开为原则的考核评优办法,得到了馆员的高度认同。
Choosing excellent is an effective method to encourage people, its aim is to reward the excellent people and encourage the others. In present, the method of assessment and choosing excellent in libraries is unscientific and inoperative, and librarians pay little attention to it. Chongqing University of Arts and Science Library sets out an assessment and choosing excellent method combining qualitative assessment with quantitative, combining democracy with centralization and following openness principles according to the practical situations and experiences for many years,now it is accepted by librarians.
