摘要
通过CPLD设计间隔精准延迟的驱动脉冲,将线阵CCD空间信息转换为在一个脉冲单元内变化的时间信息,并通过高精度步进电机位移平台进行了检测,实验证明该方法可以有效地突破线阵CCD像元精度限制,实现亚像素测量。
Distance between the image cell and its light-sensing area of linear CCD cannot be much small,so it has restricted application in high precision measurement system.As the spatial information is able to be converted to the time information changing in one pulse unit by the design of interval precise delay driving pulse.It is proved that the limitation on accuracy of linear CCD image cell can be breakthrough effectively,and so the sub-pixel measuring can be achieved and detected by the displacement platform of high precise stepping motor.
